Las Vegas City Life Writes:
"The final jewel crowning the evening was Kerry Laitala's mesmerizing "Glitter Gulch." Dizzying fragments of neon signage danced in frenetic 3-D across three enormous panels. Freddy McGuire's eclectic soundtrack blending Dadaist sound art squawks and murmurs with vintage Vegas tones that crooned "much faster than you..." melded with the blazing neon verbs of "Whiz" "Drugs" and "Topless, Go Go!" These restless pieces stem from dreams after a night on the Strip and the artist's meditation "upon the horrors and beauty of consumer culture."
